If the context so indicates, “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a provider or renter/buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data to us, in order to register with us as Registered User using the computer systems.
Jobolo Rental Solutions (the “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing new features that can improve your experience with our products and services. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Website, which is owned and operated by Jobolo Rental Solutions.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree that the following conditions apply. These Terms of Use address the terms and conditions applicable to Your use of the Website. The terms and conditions in these Terms of Use apply to all services provided by us through the Website, including but not limited to, product reviews, provider reviews, video or audio content (e.g., presentations), any other type of information service provided through the Website
Rental Policy:
We collect full amount of rent, deposit and delivery for the item. We will collect payment prior to the delivery of your order.
The product needs to be returned at the end of the rental period. However, if the customer requires additional service beyond what has been booked and already paid for, The product can be extended to an extent of one month or three times over. To do so, you need to give us written approval at least 3 days prior to your deadline. The charges for the extended period may vary from already booked period and will have to be paid in advance at actuals
Labor, installation and setup are NOT included in the product/service rental unless specified. If a customer requires the same, they might be charged separately on best effort basis and advised to intimate us before undertaking the job.
Delivery Policy:
The equipment delivery and pick up is done by Jobolo Rental Solutions, the supplier or the customer.
We try to do deliver equipment on time, in order to give you the best service and avoid any delays, but our delivery time may be affected by bad weather conditions and traffic, so please be aware of that. will not be held responsible for any loss incurred due to delay or cancellation in the shipment of rental products due to above mentioned conditions.
Jobolo Rental Solutions reserves the right to change or cancel with prior intimation the date of the product being shipped.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of merchantability, we will be unable to issue refunds on the same day. Refunds granted under refund policy will be processed within 5 working days from the date of return.
We will not issue any cash or payment wallet refunds until the product(s) is returned in good working condition. Refunds will be given on deposit amount or any case of non-fulfilment of rental order as applicable..
The product must be returned in good working condition without any scratches or damages. The product needs to have no dents, marks or cracks on the body, screen and other parts. You are not allowed to use on the rental before its return!
Eligibility Policy –
Use of the Website, either by registration or by any other means (e.g., hyperlinking or framing), is available only to persons who have reached the age of 18 and above and who can enter into a legally binding contract, and or are not barred by any law for the time being in force. If you access Jobolo Rental Solutions, either by registration on the Site or by using any other means, not as an individual but on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are fully authorized to do so and the listing, posting or information placed on the site on behalf of your firm is your responsibility and you agree to be accountable for such activities to other users of the Site. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website

y.threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents or impedes investigation of any offence or is insulting to any other nation.

6. You are bound by all policies in force, which may be amended from time to time. You shall ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act 2000, rules and regulations as applicable and as amended from time to time, domestic laws, rules and regulations including all applicable exchange control laws or regulations in force. You will not engage in any transaction prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force
7. You shall be solely liable for any liability or loss suffered by Jobolo Rental Service, arising out of your non-compliance with any applicable law as mentioned above in Sub-clause 6. You shall indemnify Jobolo Rental Service against any expenses arising out of any suit, claim or action brought by a third party against Jobolo Rental Service on the grounds of such non-compliance. You shall use at your own risk the equipment provided to be utilised by Jobolo Rental Service, and if it is not properly used due to circumstances beyond your control, you will be liable and responsible for paying any amount due from us to compensate for such loss/expenses incurred by us.
8. By accessing or using the Website or Services, You agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website or Services. Your agreement to be bound by all of these terms implies Your acceptance and agreement to be legally bound by the terms agreed to and accepted by You.
